Throughout our over 30 years in business we have consistently seen that, whether age 20 or age 70, the producers who excel are the individuals who consistently strive to grow their knowledge and improve their practice. This is why we offer the opportunity for Continuing Education, Coaching and Mentorship and one on one support to our agents, agencies and financial professionals.

Producers who choose to participate may attend a range of advanced level educational workshops, guest panel discussions and break out discussion sessions. The goal of these forums is to share information among top tier professionals and encourage the exchange of ideas and information that will benefit your business and help you to grow your sales. Guest speakers and panel members frequently include noted CPA’s, Business Attorneys, Estate Planning Attorneys and experienced industry producers.
